Your guide will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel in Guilin at around 09:00 in the morning. You will be escorted to the well-known Elephant hill park in around 15 minutes ride.

Next, you will visit the Reed Flute Cave.The Reed Flute Cave is a cave-based scenic spot located in the northwest suburb of Guilin, Guangxi, China, 7 km from the Guilin city center. It is about 240 meters (787ft) deep and 500 meters (1640ft) long. The cave has a great number of various exquisite stalagmites, stalactites, stone pillars and stone curtain, which have been forming since 180 million years ago. So it is also known as "the Palace of Natural Art".

After a two-hour drive You will reach the entrance for the Longji Terraces and firstly will visit the Ping'an Village, This village has the most famous and beautiful rice terraces in Longji and need about a 30-minute drive again from the entrance tickets office. The Dragon's Backbone Rice Terraces is a splendid agricultural spectacle with a history of more than 650 years. The most eye-catching part of the terrace cluster is the Ping'an Village Rice Terrace, which was the earliest one discovered by tourists and photographers. Numerous narrow rice fields dug along the hill slopes form terraces connected by winding flagstone trails. There are viewing platforms for visitors to view the entire terrace fields built tier upon tier. While you are there you can also experience the minority Zhuang people's traditional way of life. It is quite interesting to help them in the fields, try on their bright-colored ethnical costumes, and visit their unique stilted houses.

Upon arrival, Then you will take a moderate trek along steps to Ping'an Zhuang Village. The walk up takes about 40 minutes and you on a stroll around the village where you can glimpse the local Zhuang peoples' unique wooden stilted houses. After a short break, continue your terrace exploration to the No.2 Viewing Platform(Seven star with the moon), a 15-minute walk, which is a fantastic spot for a bird's-eye view of the Longji Terraces beneath your feet. You will have enough time to take pictures and enjoy the fresh air at the platform. And then, you will head to No.1 Viewing Platform(Nine Dragons and five tigers) and need 30 minutes via the flat path. After the tour, your guide will help you checking at Ping'an Baike hotel.

Today's itinerary it depends of your time, if you want want to catch the flight or train then your just take a car to Dazhai and use the round way cale car to visit the Dazhai terraces or if you have a full day then you can hiking from Ping'an village to Dazhai village which is need 4-5hrs hiking, 14km.

When you reach the Dazhai car parking, your driver will meet you there and drive you back to Guilin/Yangshuo. End of the tour services.
