    This scenic riverside ride will take you on a wonderful cycling route along the quiet Uji and Yamashina Rivers before looping back into the historic and temple-filled Higashiyama district of Kyoto. The route deliberately avoids the crowded areas of Kyoto so the wheels can keep turning and you enjoy a nice 30km leisurely cycle ride. We explore beautiful Kyoto neighborhoods and vistas, as we ride up to the peaceful and secluded Sennyuji Shrine.
