Visitors can even enter the statue to admire the city from its outstretched arms. Beyond its impressive scale, the statue is a cherished spiritual symbol of Vung Tau.

Thang Tam Temple – Spiritual Landmark of Vung Tau Thang Tam Temple is a renowned spiritual site in Vung Tau, dedicated to the worship of Ca Ong (Whale God), protector of local fishermen. The complex includes Thang Tam Communal House, Hon Ba Temple, and the Lady of the Five Elements Temple, featuring an impressive whale skeleton and reflecting the region’s rich maritime culture and beliefs.

Bạch Dinh (White Palace) is a French colonial mansion on Big Mountain, built in the early 20th century as a retreat for Governor Paul Doumer. Featuring elegant European architecture and panoramic sea views, it now serves as a museum showcasing historical artifacts. After the visit, enjoy lunch and relax.

13:30 After lunch, enjoy free time at Thuy Van beach (Back beach) – one of the nicest beaches in Vietnam with the shore runs for almost 10km, full of fine sands and white waves.

Mũi Nghinh Phong (“Cape of Welcoming Wind”) is a scenic coastal landmark in Vung Tau, offering panoramic views of the ocean, Front Beach, and Back Beach. Famous for its cool sea breeze and tranquil atmosphere, it features the iconic Heaven Gate leading to a secluded beach—an ideal spot for sightseeing, photography, and relaxation.

16.30 We come back to Ho Chi Minh city. On the back way, taking a short break to stretch legs for about 20 minutes 18.30 We arrive in Ho Chi Minh City. Finish Vung Tau city 1 day tour.
