Your journey begins as you depart Cape Town and travel along the scenic R62 wine route, one of South Africa’s most beautiful drives. By midday, you’ll arrive in Oudtshoorn, the “Ostrich Capital of the World,” set in the heart of the Klein Karoo.

The highlight of the day is a guided tour of the Cango Caves, one of the world’s greatest natural wonders. Here you’ll explore vast underground chambers filled with ancient stalactites, stalagmites, and intricate limestone formations carved by nature over millions of years. Day 2 begins with a short journey to Botlierskop Private Game Reserve, where you’ll embark on a guided safari through pristine bushveld. Here you have the chance to spot elephants, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, antelope, buffalo, and an impressive variety of birdlife. The reserve offers an authentic African safari experience.
