At 8am, we will pick you up from your centrally located Beijing hotel lobby with your nameplate, then start the day tour. You will head to Lama Temple that is a well-known Tibetan Buddhism temple in Beijing, which was built in 1694AD in Qing Dynasty. There are well-preserved huge wooden Buddha statue in the temple.

Then you head to Summer Palace, which used to be the palace for the royal family to escape the summer heat in Qing Dynasty. There is a huge Kunming Lake built by the foot of the Longevity Hill. There are old houses, long corridor, marble boat etc. can be seen in the park.

Afterwards, you will head to Old Summer Palace, which used to be a huge palace in Qing Dynasty. Though it was destroyed by Europeans over 100 years ago. it is still nice to wander around in the park to view the statue, the broken buildings, and layout etc. Afterwards, you will be transferred back to your Beijing hotel where the historical day tour concludes.
