Travel by road to Mysore, en route visiting Srirangapatna. This historic town, situated on the banks of the River Kaveri, was once the capital of the Mysore Kingdom and is renowned as the stronghold of the legendary ruler, Tipu Sultan.

On the way to Mysore, stop at Srirangapatna, a historic town on the banks of the River Kaveri. Visit the famous Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu in his reclining form. This ancient shrine, one of the largest and most important Vaishnavite temples in Karnataka, is renowned for its intricate carvings, majestic gopurams (towers), and sacred sanctum where devotees offer prayers.

Later, proceed to the Brindavan Gardens and the Krishna Raja Sagar Dam, famous for their beautiful landscapes and musical fountains. Continue your journey to Mysore, arrive and check in at the hotel. After breakfast, enjoy an excursion to Somnathpur to visit the magnificent Keshava Temple, built in the 13th century during the Hoysala dynasty. In the afternoon, visit the world-famous Mysore Palace, the residence of the Wadiyar dynasty. Originally built in the 14th century, the palace was reconstructed several times, with the present structure completed between 1897 and 1912 under Maharaja Krishnaraja Wadiyar IV. Continue to Hassan and visit the Chennakesava Temple at Belur, a 12th-century masterpiece of Hoysala architecture built by King Vishnuvardhana. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the temple is renowned for its intricate carvings, celestial Madanika sculptures, and the magnificent 6.7-foot idol of Lord Chennakesava in the sanctum.

Proceed to Halebidu and visit the Hoysaleswara Temple, a 12th-century shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva and another masterpiece of Hoysala architecture.
