Locals call them "Benbangcai" referring to authentic Shanghai home-style cooking. Try signature dishes, such as Lion's Head (meatball), pickled edamame and cabbage, stir-fried rice cake, and crispy spring rolls. You'll also visit the most popular snack shop in the city, and taste a sesame biscuit.
