5-Day Private Tour: Huanglong, Jiuzhaigou &Mount Siguniang

Morning: Depart from Chengdu and travel to Pingwu County. The journey is expected to take around 4 hours depending on traffic conditions. Afternoon: Upon arrival in Pingwu, visit the Baoen Temple. This famous ancient temple boasts unique architectural styles and rich Buddhist cultural heritage. Here, you can appreciate the profound Buddhist culture and experience the serene atmosphere of the temple.

Full Day: Spend the entire day exploring the breathtaking Jiuzhaigou National Park, renowned for its crystal-clear lakes, cascading waterfalls, and vibrant alpine scenery. For those who enjoy hiking and prefer to avoid the crowds, Jiuzhaigou offers excellent off-the-beaten-path trails where you can experience the park’s natural beauty in peace and tranquility.

Morning: Depart from Jiuzhaigou and head to Huanglong Scenic Area. Depending on your physical condition and preference, you can choose to take the cable car or hike up to explore Huanglong’s stunning travertine pools, waterfalls, and mountain scenery. Afternoon: After the visit, drive to Mount Siguniang (approximately 7 -8 hours).

Spend the whole day exploring the stunning Mount Siguniang area. You can enjoy a leisurely visit or choose to go hiking along the scenic trails.

In the morning, depart from Mount Siguniang and drive back toward Chengdu. On the way, make a stop at Wolong Panda Base, one of the most famous panda conservation centers in China. Here you can see giant pandas in a natural environment, learn about their protection, and enjoy time observing these lovely animals. After the visit, continue the journey back to Chengdu.
