You will know more about Shanghai's past and present by viewing the miniatures of the city, and rich materials about the city planning. In the afternoon, have a relaxing time rambling in the beautiful Yu Garden.Located in the old town, Yuyuan Garden is the most famous ancient site in this city for its ingenious layout and delicate architecture. The treasure of the garden, Yu Ling Long (an exquisite jade stone), an artificial hill, is considered as one of the three most well-known peaks in Southern China.

Next, visit the Yuyuan Bazaar, also known as Yuyuan Market, is outside the Yu Garden, in the heart of Old Shanghai City, and close to the Old City God Temple. There are many traditional Chinese buildings, which nowadays are used as commercial stores to sell local products, snacks, jewelry, souvenirs, antiques and so on.

Afterwards, go to the Shanghai World Financial Center and go up to the 100th floor for the panoramic views of the city. It is the world's 8th tallest building, and the 4th tallest structure in Mainland China. The 100th floor has a viewing gallery that is 55 meters long. It is the second highest observation deck in China. It is higher than the viewing platforms on the Canadian TV Tower (447 meters) and the Dubai Tower (440 meters).

After that you will come to the Bund area which is the quintessential of Shanghai area. Located on the bank of Huangpu River, travelers come to the Bund not only for the charming riverside scenery, but the unique western and gothic architectures also deserve a look. We will set aside some free time for you to stroll around the Bund and take some photos.

Finally, drive you back to your hotel, or you may enjoy your own time at Nanjing Road that is very close by.

The Zhu Jia Jiao water town, is well-known throughout the country, with a history of more than 1,700 years. Being regarded as Shanghai's Venice, glimmers like a bright pearl in the landscape of lakes and mountains. The three places in the water town deserve your visit: Kezhi Garden, Qing Dynasty Post Office and Fangsheng Bridge. Your tour guide will accompany you to visit these. Kezhi Garden was built in 1912 and contains various pavilions and buildings, lotus pond, stele corridors, bridge of nine turnings and different kinds of plants. You can see the calligraphy inscription of the literati in Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644 AD) with high value of art in the stele corridor. In Qing Dynasty Post Office, you can see the precious old postcard and letters in Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1911 AD) and there is a post box with a carved dragon on it which is still in use today. Fangsheng Bridge, built in Ming Dynasty, is the largest and longest stone arch bridge in Shanghai with five arches.

After the lunch,will take you to the Jade Buddha Temple. Built in 1882 for the two white jade Buddha statues from Burma, the Jade Buddha Temple is a famous Buddhist shrine and an active Zen monastery. The temple plays an important role in disseminating Buddhism through cultural means, including lectures and library service, Buddhist academic publishes as well as regular Buddhist cultural activities.

Then later will conclude at Tianzifang, an old-style cultural block featuring distinctive Shikumen buildings with art studios, themed cafés and bars, and handicraft workshops.

The Reed Flute Cave is a renowned karst cave with a great number of stalagmites and stalactites in shapes of bamboo shoots, pillars, curtains and flowers, which turns it into a splendid underground palace. Inside the cave, you could discover more astonishing sights, such as stone lions, miniature forest, pagodas and crystal chambers. Each one has a romantic or interesting story associated with it. The vivid interpretation of our guide along with the lighting add mystery to the scene. The trip to the cave lasts about 40 minutes.

After a two-hour drive you will reach the entrance for the Longji Terraces where you buy get the Longji entrance tickets for the rice terraces in Ping'an Village. The Dragon's Backbone Rice Terraces is a splendid agricultural spectacle with a history of more than 650 years. The most eye-catching part of the terrace cluster is the Ping'an Village Rice Terrace, which was the earliest one discovered by tourists and photographers. Numerous narrow rice fields dug along the hill slopes form terraces connected by winding flagstone trails. There are viewing platforms for visitors to view the entire terrace fields built tier upon tier. While you are there you can also experience the minority Zhuang people's traditional way of life. It is quite interesting to help them in the fields, try on their bright-colored ethnical costumes, and visit their unique stilted houses.

Upon arrival, Then you will take a moderate trek along steps to Ping'an Zhuang Village. The walk up takes about 40 minutes. Your guide will take you on a stroll around the village where you can glimpse the local Zhuang peoples' unique wooden stilted houses and we can have a lunch in the village. After a short lunch break, continue your terrace exploration to the No.2 Viewing Platform(Seven star with the moon), a 15-minute walk, which is a fantastic spot for a bird's-eye view of the Longji Terraces beneath your feet. You will have enough time to take pictures and enjoy the fresh air at the platform. And then, we will head to No.1 Viewing Platform(Nine Dragons and five tigers) and need 30 minutes via the flat path.

Afterwards, take the private car to your Guilin hotel around 18:00pm and is free time for you.

In the morning, your guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel at around 07:45, and then escort you to the Zhujiang pier, where you will start the Guilin Li River cruise to Yangshuo(4 star boat with the buffet lunch).

The boarding time is scheduled at 9:20am, and the whole journey takes about 4 hours. With your guide's company and interpretation, you could immerse yourself in the stunning karst landscape made up of rolling hills, verdant forests, odd caves and tranquil villages along the Li River. A buffet Chinese lunch will be offered on board before you reach Yangshuo at 2:00pm.

After disembarkation, you will drive you to see the Yangshuo Xianggong hill. You will climb for 15 minutes along a moderately sloped staircase to reach the top of Xianggong Hill. Please inform your guide in advance if you need a walking stick. Lying between the famous Yellow Cloth Shoal and the Mural Hill, Xianggong Hill is one of the greatest viewing platforms in Guilin to take in the glamour of the Li River. The supreme view of the meandering Li River making a 180-degree bend, attracts countless visitors and photographers annually.

At the end, your guide will escort you to your Yangshuo hotel and is free time for you. There is a night show option in Yangshuo. It is the 'Impression Sanjie Liu', performed above and on the Li River and against verdant hills. The dreamlike stage effect and original singing and dancing of national minorities have won the performance a great reputation among visitors. The show begins at 20:00 and lasts for 70 minutes; ticket prices range from CNY 268 to CNY 368 depending on the seats. In the morning, your guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel at around 09:00, and then escort you to the Yulong river, where you will start the Yangshuo Yulong bamboo boat tour.

Taking a bamboo raft ride on the Yulong River (or dragon river), a tributary of the Li River, is a very relaxing way to enjoy the highly scenic area south of Yangshuo. Here you can enjoy the stunning scenery and views of country life on a non-motorised raft in the traditional way with a gondolier who steers you over the breakwaters past many small mud-brick villages and farmlands. Once you’re on the bamboo raft, sitting and enjoying the peaceful countryside, the limestone mountains, the beauty of this experience opens out before you. Even if you have cycled the area with a few hidden stretches approaching the river, the view from the river is very different. The boat lasts for 50 minutes, one way boat ride.

Next, go to Yangshuo Fuli Town by car, the duration is about 20 minutes. In this town, will take you to experience the life of local farmers. First, your guide will escort you to a local market then can head to the old streets to see the fan, paintings and water buffalo near the river(end of the street).

What used to be sleepy riverside village, Xingping village has actually grown to Xingping town of which the old center can easily be explored in about 1 hour. Xingping has a long history and many buildings date back to the Qing and Ming dynasties. On local market days the town comes to life and can get quite busy with locals from the surrounding villages coming to buy and sell their produce. Restaurants and coffee shops sell the local specialty, beer fish, and local handicrafts which range from really cheap handmade jewellery, Also,the scenery around Xingping is magnificent and you can see the scenery immortalised on the national 20 RMB note.
