You’ll sample a variety of local favorites, including: Jaje Bali – a traditional Balinese dessert, often colorful and made from rice flour and coconut. Babi Guling – a ceremonial-style roast suckling pig, cooked on a rotisserie and packed with flavor. Indonesian soups like Bakso (meatball soup). Each dish tells a story — and you’ll get to hear it while tasting your way through Bali’s culinary traditions.
