8-Day Bali Honeymoon Packages: Seminyak, Uluwatu, Tegalalang, Ubud

Welcome to Bali, the paradise island of Indonesia! On the first day of your Bali honeymoon packages, your personal travel assistant will pick you up from Ngurah Rai International Airport and transfer you to the hotel, which takes around 40 minutes. After settling down, you could take a rest at the hotel to adjust to jet lag or wander around freely on your own.

This morning, your guide and driver will first take you to Melasti Beach, which is the southernmost beach in Bali, featuring white sand, clear turquoise sea and puffy clouds.

After some leisurely time here, we’ll go to Padang-Padang Beach. Hidden under cliffs and surrounded by lush thicket, Padang-Padang is a surfing paradise.

In the afternoon, let’s head to Uluwatu Temple, which is today’s highlight. It is a Balinese Hindu temple built atop a 70-meter-high (230 feet) steep limestone cliff by the sea which is called Lover’s Cliff. Around evening, appreciate the Kecak Fire Dance which is based on the stories of the ancient Indian epic poem Ramayana. The show will be performed on the open air theater in the temple. After that, you’ll be transferred back to the hotel.

Today, you can enjoy a full free day at leisure. The hotel we booked for you is close to Seminyak Beach, so it will be very convenient to explore the beach on your own. If you are interested in art, visit the best known art gallery in Seminyak - Nyaman Art Gallery (Jalan Raya Basangkasa No.88, Seminyak). Most of the art pieces shown here are created by Balinese and Indonesian artists. Immerse yourself in a variety of paintings, ceramics, sculpture and tribal artworks. In the afternoon, maybe explore the Flea Market, in which fine local handicrafts and specialties are easy to find, such as hand-woven boho-chic bags and cute souvenirs. But if you want to buy something, don’t hesitate to bargain over the price.

Today, you could continue to appreciate the picturesque seascape and totally relax yourself at Seminyak Beach.

After breakfast, your English-speaking guide and the driver will transfer you to Ubud, a scenic town in the uplands of Bali with terraced rice paddies, plenty of temples, and art galleries

You will first go to visit the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary inhabited by more than 700 long-tailed Balinese macaques. The monkeys there are active and easy to get along with. But remember don't get too close to them and be careful about giving food to them.

Next, tour around the Gunung Kawi, an impressive temple and funerary complex built in the 11th-century featuring the 10 rock-cut shrines hewn into the vertical cliff wall.

Then you will go to visit the picturesque Tegalalang Terraces Rice. Finally, you’ll be escorted to check into the hotel in Ubud.

★ Travel Different: Hands-on Silversmith Class to Make Your Own Jewelry After breakfast, your private driver will pick you up at the hotel and send you to join in a silversmith class, during which you could learn how to make a special piece of silverware under the guidance of an experienced craftsman. Choose a style for yourself or just pick up the tools to design a unique pattern and adorn it with beautiful little stones. Release your creativity through shaping, welding and carving. Share your ideas with the craftsman and appreciate his or her superb skills during the creation of your hand-made jewelry. Consider carving your name or some memorable words on it, enjoy the sense of achievement brought by the silverware that embodies good memories and hard work, and take it home with happiness. After the class, you’ll be transferred back to the hotel and you could enjoy the rest of the day to do your own activities.

Today, you are going to explore the captivating town by yourself. You could go on practicing yoga or go for a short hike or cycling through the surrounding forest and rice paddies. You might want to take a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Ubud market and also visit in the Ubud Palace. In the evening, a romantic candlelit dinner is arranged for you and your beloved one. Enjoy the dinner and seize the happy moments!

After breakfast, you could start to pack up your belongings. Later, your driver will send you to the airport and see you off there.
