On these days, the visit will take place from the outside, including the castle grounds and gardens, and the itinerary will allow for additional time in Brasov.     Our first visit is to Peles Castle, the former residence of the Romanian Royal Family and the most visited castle in Romania. Tickets are not included, please purchase them on the Peles Castle official website. Please choose only the first time slot for this castle 9:15–12:00 or 10:00–12:00, depending on the day. If you prefer not to visit the interior, you can enjoy the castle gardens or relax at a nearby café. Your guide will share interesting stories and history during the visit. *Please be aware that Peles Castle will be closed between 3 November and 2 December for cleaning & restauration. In this period we will see Peles Castle from outside and visit Pelisor Castle instead.

    As we arrive in Brasov city, you will have a short guided walking tour of Brasov downtown and some free time to explore yourself and have a lunch break.

    Peles Castle is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays throughout the year, as well as every November for annual cleaning and preventive conservation. During this period, visitors will have the opportunity to visit Pelisor Castle instead.
