In the morning, your driver will meet you at 9:00am of your Kaili hotel then transfer to outside of the city to visit miao villages.

Today,you will visit the Lanhua and Jidao and Langde Miao villages or Gejia village and Shiqiao village.Due to those villages just nearby the Kaili and need one hour driving from the Kaili city center. The Langde village is 30 km away from Kaili. Surrounded by green mountains,Langde Village is situated beside a crystal-clear stream. You have to drink "block-the-way" wine when you arrive (a local custom for welcoming the guests). Twelve tables are placed in the middle of the path from the highroad to the gate of the village. Then visit the traditional Miao-style stilt houses enjoy sweet Miao folk songs. After that,you could have a free walk on the roads and courtyards in the village paved with cobbles or bluestone.

Your guide will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel at around 09:00 in the morning. You will be escorted to the well-known Zhenyuan ancient town in around 2hrs ride, 125km.

Zhenyuan has long been an ancient town of the Miao people. Time-honored history endows Zhenyuan Ancient Town with many rich and generous cultural relics, making it much like a historic garden. The town covers only an area of 3.1 square kilometers (about 1.2 square miles) but greets you with more than 160 scenic spots including caves, palaces, pavilions, temples and rivers with their unique architecture, exquisite engravings and marvelous natural landscape. Among them are the famous Wuyang River Scenic Area and elegant ancient complex in the the Black Dragon Cave (Qinglong Cave) - beckoning sights not to be missed by any visitor to eastern Guizhou.

Later,you can visit the Qinglong cave before head to Guiyang, but is the optional , you can go inside(need to pay the ticket) or just take a photo from outside of the temple. The Qinglong Cave or Black Dragon Cave is a group of Buddhist and Taoist temples along the Wuyang River. These temples, half built and half caved into the cliff, represent a unique architectural masterpiece in the region. There is nothing like the view from the other side of the river, as it is very impressive. Once indoors, however, the detail of the buildings and the beauty of the statues are equally as interesting.

Today, will drive you to Zhaoxing via the Congjiang.

After off the highway, you will enter Yintan Dong village in Congjiang. This village was similar village as Xiaohuang village. The Yintan Dong village, about twenty kilometers away from Congjiang, is one of the most representative Dong villages in Guizhou for its Dong buildings and daily life of this minority. Although the houses are fairly recent (50-100 years ago ), the rules for the Dong buildings have been met. Taking a good look at the natural environment of the village, the houses, the drum towers, the pavilions, they are competely different from the ones in West! The drum tower of the village soars to 21 feet high in the center of the village. Wherever one is, one can not miss the center of Yintan. Travelers have the feeling of being immersed in time amidst extremely well preserved buildings.

Next, go to Basha is a very special and old Miao Ethnic village and is virtually untouched in any way by modernization. Basha residents still live in their wooden houses, practice centuries-old customs and have their own unique beliefs. The village is perched on a hill, 5 kilometers from Congjiang. Legends say that Basha's ancestors immigrated from heartland China to this isolated mountainous region over 2,000 years ago.

At the end, your driver will escort you to your hotel.

Today, you can visit the Zhaoxing Dong village which is one of the largest Dong Villages in Qiandongnan area in Guizhou. Walking into Zhaoxing Dong Village, one will feel as though the clock is being turned back. All the buildings in the village are wooden-stilt houses. This is a picturesque village noted for the beautiful natural sights and unique ethnic flavor. It is surrounded by verdant mountains with a crystal stream running through.

You can also take a shuttle bus from Zhaoxing village to Tang'an village and need 15 minutes and after visit, you can hiking down to Zhaoxing village or take a bus back. The TangAn village is located about 6 km east of Zhaoxing, half way up Mount Longbao, about 840 meters above sea level. The village was first built in the Jiaqin years of Qing Dynasty (A.D 1795-1820). It is now home to over 170 households and more than 800 people. The Dong people live together in clans, and the two main clans being the Ying and Lu. They live scattered between the Banbo and Jiding ranges.

At the end, your driver will escort you to your hotel in Chengyang village and need 2hrs driving.

Chengyang Dong Village features well-preserved residential houses and charming natural landscape. In the village, you will see the landmark constructions of Dong village, the Wind and Rain Bridge and the Drum Tower. Constructed with wood and bricks, the Wind and Rain Bridge blend the styles of bridge, corridor and kiosk into a whole, reflecting the unique Dong style and the wisdom of the Dong people. The bridge was built to provide a shelter for the people who works in fields, but later became a date place for the young people and a famous attraction to visitors at home and abroad. When you see the lofty pointed tower with upturned eaves, you will know that you come to a Dong Village. The Drum Tower is always located in the center of a village, acting as the political and cultural center. Every time when the chief of the village beats the drum on the top floor, villagers will stop their work and get together around the Drum Tower.

After a two-hour drive you will reach the entrance for the Longji Terraces and you will visit the Ping'an Village, This village has the most famous and beautiful rice terraces in Longji and need about a 30-minute drive again from the entrance tickets office. The Dragon's Backbone Rice Terraces is a splendid agricultural spectacle with a history of more than 650 years. The most eye-catching part of the terrace cluster is the Ping'an Village Rice Terrace, which was the earliest one discovered by tourists and photographers. Numerous narrow rice fields dug along the hill slopes form terraces connected by winding flagstone trails. There are viewing platforms for visitors to view the entire terrace fields built tier upon tier. While you are there you can also experience the minority Zhuang people's traditional way of life. It is quite interesting to help them in the fields, try on their bright-colored ethnical costumes, and visit their unique stilted houses.

Upon arrival, Then you will take a moderate trek along steps to Ping'an Zhuang Village. The walk up takes about 40 minutes and you on a stroll around the village where you can glimpse the local Zhuang peoples' unique wooden stilted houses and we can have a lunch in the village. After a short lunch break, continue your terrace exploration to the No.2 Viewing Platform(Seven star with the moon), a 15-minute walk, which is a fantastic spot for a bird's-eye view of the Longji Terraces beneath your feet. You will have enough time to take pictures and enjoy the fresh air at the platform. And then, we will head to No.1 Viewing Platform(Nine Dragons and five tigers) and need 30 minutes via the flat path. After visit the Ping'an village area, you will check in the hotel in Ping'an village or Dazhai village.

In the morning, you can hiking from Ping'an to Dazhai or just use the car to Dazhai and hiking around the Dazhai village.

Before check in the hotel in Guilin and you will visit the Reed Flute Cave firstly. The Reed Flute Cave is a cave-based scenic spot located in the northwest suburb of Guilin, Guangxi, China, 7 km from the Guilin city center. It is about 240 meters (787ft) deep and 500 meters (1640ft) long. The cave has a great number of various exquisite stalagmites, stalactites, stone pillars and stone curtain, which have been forming since 180 million years ago. So it is also known as "the Palace of Natural Art".

In thee morning, you will visit the Elephant hill which in the centra of Guilin City, is a hot attraction and landmark of Guilin. Beautiful natural views merged with valuable cultural landscape make it a fascinating place which makes tourists fascinated and longing for.

After the Elephant hill and drive to Yangshuo do the bamboo boat. Taking a bamboo raft ride on the Yulong River (or dragon river), a tributary of the Li River, is a very relaxing way to enjoy the highly scenic area south of Yangshuo. Here you can enjoy the stunning scenery and views of country life on a non-motorised raft in the traditional way with a gondolier who steers you over the breakwaters past many small mud-brick villages and farmlands. Once you’re on the bamboo raft, sitting and enjoying the peaceful countryside, the limestone mountains, the beauty of this experience opens out before you. Even if you have cycled the area with a few hidden stretches approaching the river, the view from the river is very different. The boat lasts for 50 minutes, one way boat ride.

After Yulong bamboo boat, you will drive to see the Yangshuo Xianggong hill. You will climb for 15 minutes along a moderately sloped staircase to reach the top of Xianggong Hill. Please inform your guide in advance if you need a walking stick. Lying between the famous Yellow Cloth Shoal and the Mural Hill, Xianggong Hill is one of the greatest viewing platforms in Guilin to take in the glamour of the Li River. The supreme view of the meandering Li River making a 180-degree bend, attracts countless visitors and photographers annually.

At the end, your driver will escort you to your hotel. There is a night show option in Yangshuo. It is the 'Impression Sanjie Liu', performed above and on the Li River and against verdant hills. The dreamlike stage effect and original singing and dancing of national minorities have won the performance a great reputation among visitors. The show begins at 20:00 and lasts for 70 minutes; ticket prices range from CNY 268 to CNY 368 depending on the seats. In the morning, your driver will meet you at 9am and go to the Yangshuo countryside.

Then you will go along the Yulong River by bicycle or E-bike to immerse yourself in the local idyllic landscape for 2-3 hours. En route, you will see vast farmlands dotted with colorful wildflowers and log cabins, stretching out from the foot of rolling hills. There are sometimes peasants driving one or two oxen to plow the fields, injecting a sense of vitality into the rustic scenery.

After the lunch break, you will drive for an hour to the Xingping Dock for your motorized raft journey on the Li River. On the way you will pass by Fuli Town which is renowned for a traditional handicraft - painted fans. If you are interested, you can make a short stop there.

Upon arrival at Xingping Dock, you will board the motorized raft. Taking a ride on the Li River is always on the to-do list of Guilin Yangshuo day tour. Compared with ordinary ships, the raft - a traditional means of transportation usually sitting four people - offers a wider view and is the best way for visitors to enjoy the picturesque natural scenery. During the one-hour raft ride, you will see famous spots, including the Yellow Cloth Shoal which is painted on the CNY20 banknote, and Murals Hill where verdant plants portray images of nine horses on a sharp cliff. Important Tips: People over age 70 and children less than 1 meter high are not allowed to take the Li River boat raft due to safety concerns.
