In the morning, our tour guide will sign your name and meet your hotel lobby at 09:00am and transfer to Leshan Giant buddha, need 2.5hrs driving, 150km.

Experience the Giant Buddha of Leshan, one of Chinese Buddhism's holiest sites, on this amazing full-day tour from Chengdu. Dating from the 8th century, the Giant Buddha of Leshan is the largest carved stone Buddha and the tallest pre-modern statue in the world. It was cut from the cliffs of Lingyun Shan in the hopes of calming the turbulent waters of the three rivers that flow together under its gaze. Stairs are carved into the cliff that connect the area at the Buddha's feet with the land above, allowing you to view this astonishing sight from a range of vantage points. Views are stunning over elbows and knees, taking in the river scene and Leshan's skyline. Upon arrival in Leshan, you can have lunch at a restaurant within sight the Giant Buddha. you'll then explore the Giant Buddha and enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding landscape from atop the Buddha's head. Wen then pay a visit to Lingyun Temple and Museum and get a deeper insight into the history of this amazing Buddhist site and learn the story of the carving of the Giant Buddha.

Next,we will take you to visit Jinli Street, a Chinese traditional pedestrian street packed with many beautiful shops, restaurants, tea houses and bars. Wandering along this street is a great way to experience the cultural side of the city as there is so much to look at, people yelling and screaming, munching on all kinds of different foods, watching Chinese mask art show, which are all part of the fun.

At the end, your guide will escort you to your hotel.

At 8:30am, you will be picked up at the hotel and then head for the Mount Siguniang. Need 4.5hrs driving, 210km.

En route, we will make a stop at the Gengda Panda Base in the Wolong Nature Reserve after around 2 hours' ride. There you can see lovely pandas eating bamboo, rolling on the ground, and climbing trees. Please have your camera ready to capture adorable moments of them.

After lunch, we will spend another 2 hours crossing the lofty Balang Mountain and finally make it to a town at the foot of the Mount Siguniang--Rilong town. Check in a local hotel for one night's stay.

In the morning, our guide will meet you at 8:30am then transfer to Mt. Siguniang. The Mount Siguniang (Four Girls or Four Sisters), or Siguniang Mountain is lying at Xiaojin County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, in Northwestern Sichuan province. After the discovery of this sacred mountain in 1980s, Mount Siguniang shined visitors’ eyes for its steep peaks, breathtaking natural scenery, and abundant species that are similar to those in the “Alps” in Europe, as a result, it awarded the “Oriental Alps”, “A Sacred Mountain in the East”, “China’s National Scenic Area”, “China’s National GEO-Park”, “National AAAA Tourist Attraction”, and “World Natural Heritage of Habitat of Giant Panda in Sichuan”.

Today, our guide will accompany you to visit the Shuangqiao Valley (Double-Bridge Valley) of the Mount Siguniang to enjoy refreshing natural scenes of snow peaks, prairies, forests and mirror-like lakes.

After lunch, continue our private Sichuan tour itinerary to Danba County. During the 3 hrs car ride, we will stop over at local Tibetan villages and relics left by red army of China's Communist Party during the Long March (1934 - 1935). Upon arrival at Danba, your guide will escort you to Danba town and helping you check in the hotel and you will overnight in local Tibetan’s home-style guesthouse tonight.

At 9:00am, our guide will meet you at the hotel lobby and transfer to Suopo village.

The Suopo Tibetan Village just around 15 minutes driving from Danba County and we can see the distinctive Suopo Towers, which used to be the outpost and granary of Tibetan tribes. Before entering the village, the driver will stop at the best viewing spot for you to take in the full view of these towers.

In the afternoon, you will be taken to the Jiaju Tibetan Village where hundreds of local residences terraced against hillside. Jajiu is a small Tibetan village located in Danba County in western Sichuan. Known as the “Tibetan Fairyland” and was voted in Chinese National Geographic in 2005 as one of the most beautiful ancient villages in China. Jiaju village features colorful Tibetan style houses where most of the roofs are in unison of red and white colors.

At the end, your guide will escort you to your Daba hotel.

Today, we will depart from Danba after breakfast and head for the Xinduqiao Town which is renowned as the photographers' paradise because of the impressive natural scenery. Along the way, you will see gurgling small streams running at the foot of rolling hills with white Tibetan-style buildings, Mani stones, and colored flags dotted among lush plants on the hillside. Mount Yala covered by snow and ice all year round stands in a distance with steep ranges resembling silver swords pointing to the sky. You can easily take good pictures from any angle. We will make a short stay at Huiyuan Temple in the midway. Nestling among rolling mountains, the temple seems like standing in the center of a lotus and that's why locals consider it a blessed temple. Lunch will be arranged when arriving at Bamei Town. After that, continue our trip to Xinduqiao. We will stop by Bamei Stone Forest, Tagong Prairie and Tagong Temple on the way to view refresh scenes and take pictures. Among them, the Tagong Temple has been around for over 1,000 years and our guide will show you around to let you feel the profound religious atmosphere there.

We will check in Xinduqiao local guesthouse upon arrival. It is suggest you slow down the pace while staying there as the town is located at an altitude of 3,300 meters (10,800 feet).

In the morning, our guide will meet you at 9am and transfer to Daocheng Yading, need 6hrs driving, 350km. During the journey, you will see the roadside scenery gradually transfer from high mountains to wide prairie and the architectural style of Tibetan residences changes as well.

Around noon, we will arrive at Litang County, also nicknamed as 'the city in the sky' for occupying an altitude of 4,014 meters (13,169 feet). After having a simple lunch, our guide will accompany you to visit the Changqingchun Ke'er Monastery. The full view of the Litang County will be presented in front of you once climbing up to the Incense-Burning Platform of the temple.

Afterwards, continue to drive to Yading Town and we will pass by the Haizi Mountain in the midway, where you can see a lot of naturally-formed lakes embedded on the plateau. Upon arrival at Yading, our guide will escort you to check in a local hotel. It is suggested you have an early sleep after the fulfilling and enjoyable trip today.

In the morning, our guide will meet you at 9am and transfer to Daocheng Yading park, need 1.5hrs driving, 80km. Today will be the full day tour in the park.Yading is endowed with all the beauties of snow-covered plateau, like solemn snow mountains, vast meadows, primitive forests, and crystal clear lakes.

Today the travel route is( you can discuss with our guide about the travel route as well): Daocheng Yading’s short valley .entrance-Zhuomalacuo (pearl Lake ) altitude 4080m. The Pearl Lake is located at the foot of Xiannairi Peak. It is like an emerald on the lotus-like valley filled with deep crystal blue water and surrounded by wild flowers. Daocheng is renowned for Yading’ s fascinating mountain and lake scenery, and the scenery around Daocheng is also deserve you to stop for the unique views. Prepare yourself to explore the alpine views of placid stream, crystal highland lakes, floppy blue sky and clouds, vast pasture and snow-capped mountains.

After the park tour, we will Transfer to Daocheng hotel.

Today is the last day of this 8-day Chengdu to Yading tour package. After checking out the hotel, our guide and driver will transfer you to the airport for your leaving flight. Please kindly notice that most planes leave from Yading Airport early in the morning due to the high altitude and climate restriction. Considering the 1.5 hours' drive between the hotel and the airport, you may need to get up early and the hotel will provide boxed meal for breakfast.
