Make a short visit to a small family business where the locals make coconut fudges and crispy rice popcorn. Savor delicious fresh fruit and feel the slow rhythms of Southern Vietnamese folk music – a kind of music entwined with the life and culture of the Mekong Delta people. Paddle through small canals At lunch time, you not only enjoy luscious food but also get closer to the locals as it is a chance to learn how to prepare Vietnamese specialties. Cycle on the village path through orchards. Take a boat ride back to Cai Be and meet your bus for the trip back to Ho Chi Minh City

Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace. The Independence Palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, and the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Depart for the Cu Chi tunne. You will have a short introduction followed by an introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of wartime. Afterwards, special tea and cassava (guerilla food during the war) will be served. Break time for relaxation or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. Return to Saigon

Our car will transfer to the airport. You will catch the flight to Da Nang City, then you will have free time to enjoy your day in Da Nang.

8.15 – 8.50: Get picked up at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quater 12.00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, get on the boat 12.30: Enjoy a menu lunch on the boat with many unique dishes of Halong. While having lunch, you all can see the beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone such as Fighting Chicken and Incense Buner Islets – 2 symbols of Halong Bay. 14.00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island, and you will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with a lot of stalagmites and stalactites. 14.45: Do kayaking or bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon. 15.15: Visit TiTop Island with its sandy beach. You can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for sightseeing all of Halong Bay. 16.00: Back to the boat for the sunset party (some wine, fruits, and biscuits) meanwhile the ship is cruising back to the harbour. 17.45: Arrive back at the harbour. Get on the bus and return to Hanoi. 20.30: Get dropped off at the hotel.
