Overview: If you have half day free, and plan to do something special in Hong Kong, not just stay at hotel or shopping. Afternoon hiking tour to Sharp Island Geopark will show you local outdoor activities and experience Geopark hiking trail. The hiking is not difficult, duration is within 1.5 hours. Expect: The tour will begin at Choi Hung MTR station, our local guide will meet you there with other travelers. We will take public bus and boat to the Sharp Island Geopark, all transportation fees are included in the tour, no need to concern about small change. The boat also called as KaiTo, traditional transportation for fishman. Will start hiking from Hap Mun Bay Beach (south of Sharp Island) to Kiu Tsui Beach (north of Sharp Island) through the hill of Kiu Tsui Country Park. You will explore a pleasant hiking trail, sea views at both sides and natural sand levee that connects Sharp Island with neighboring small Kiu Tau Island. The transportation it takes 2.5hours from MTR station to destination and back, will arrive Choi Hung MTR station at 6:00pm. High Island is located in Sai Kung district, one of the natural beauty areas in Hong Kong.
