The Toad, The Friar, The Obelisk, The Castles. Gradually, the aridity of the landscape is replaced by large tracts of vineyards until you reach one of the most outstanding regions within the Calchaquíes Valleys: Cafayate, a village of single-storey houses between colonial and baroque of the late 19th century. Quebrada de las Conchas : More than 10 stops in multicolored formations caused by the erosion of wind and water such as the Devil's Throat, The Amphitheater, La Yesera, Las Ventanas, Los Castillos, etc.
