Your guide will meet you at your Beijing downtown hotel at around 8:30 am to start the 8 hours day tour. You will firstly visit the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Tiananmen Square lies at the center of Beijing. Imposing and magnificent, it stands out among ancient city gates in China. The Forbidden City served as the home of emperors and their households as well as the ceremonial and political center of Chinese government for almost 500 years.
