Get picked up from your Siem Reap hotel and travel a short distance to Angkor Wat—the world's largest religious monument with 402 acres (163 ha) of ancient Hindu-Buddhist architecture. Stroll the UNESCO-listed complex, venturing across its imposing moat, marvelling at its towering outer wall, and wandering its long rectangular galleries.

We also visit the Southern Gate of Angkor Thom, flanked by a row of 54 stone figures on each side - gods to the left and demons to the right – and the fortified city of Angkor Thom.

This majestic site once served as the Khmer Empire's glistening capital city. Take a moment to consider its grandiosity before venturing inside the city. Arriving at the temple at Bayon, appreciate its beautifully crafted central towers covered in more than 200 enormous faces.

Pass by the famous Terrace of the Leper King, and the Terrace of Elephant.

Enjoy lunch and one of the Khmer Local Restaurant. Lunch is not included.

Continue the journey after lunch to visit Ta Prohm—a mystifying temple that is being overtaken by Cambodia's lush jungle landscape.

Finally, revel in sunset at lovely Pre Rup—a temple built in dedication to the Hindu god Shiva—before returning to your hotel for the evening.
