The driver and professional guide will meet you in the hotel lobby at 9AM, then they will head to the highlights — Mutianyu Great Wall. It will take about one and a half hours to get there. Upon arrival at the wall area, you will take a round trip cable car or (chairlift up, toboggan slide down) to save energy and get the best views of the wall. Mutianyu is the best section with fewer crowded people and amazing views. You will spend 2 hours here.After you come down from the Great Wall, it will be lunchtime. (Lunch is at your own expense.)If you plan to have lunch, our tour guide will be happy to recommend a local specialty restaurant for you. Lunch will take approximately one hour. At the end, you will take about one and a half hours to get to the Summer Palace.
