Along the way, we will try fresh sticky rice from a road side vendor. We will then visit a local bakery to taste hand made sweets and see how they are made. Afterwards, visit a local market to try popular Khmer snacks and desserts. Upon arrival in Kompong Khleang, take a boat through the village of near 10,000 residents. Visit Wat Kompong Khleang, the spiritual heart of the city and see its massive Buddha statue which looks over the village and the local primary school. Afterwards, continue on the boat to see the magnificent Tonle Sap lake. Afternoon tours can also enjoy sunset.
