The van leaves at 08:55 am, and will not wait for late comers. If you arrive late to the meeting point because of train or other transportation delays, we won’t be able to accommodate you, to send a refund or to reschedule the tour to another day. We kindly suggest planning extra time for your journey to avoid any issues.

DAIRY FARM / First stop is a dairy farm, where Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is being produced. You will see all the stages of the production process of this certified bio farm, see the animals, and will have a guided tasting of different ages of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, as well as freshly made ricotta.

BALSAMIC VINEGAR / Afterward, we will proceed with a guided visit to a traditional producer of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. You will learn everything about how this "black gold" is produced, see the barrels, and sample different ages of vinegar during a guided tasting.
