After visiting the Panda Breeding Center, we will head to the Wenshu Temple, the oldest temple in Chengdu with a history dating back to the Sui Dynasty over 1400 years ago. Here, you can enjoy a tea tasting experience and relax. Chengdu is known for its slow-paced lifestyle and delicious food, particularly Sichuan cuisine. We will go to a popular local restaurant for lunch to try the famous Sichuan hot pot. There are many food choices available, including non-spicy options if you prefer. After lunch, we will drive to the Chengdu bullet train station and take the train to Xi'an, which takes about four hours. During the journey, the train will pass through the Qinling Mountains, offering stunning and beautiful scenery.

After arriving at the Xi'an station, our local tour guide and driver will greet you at the exit and drive you to the Muslim Quarter for dinner.

Let's head to the Muslim Quarter, located in the downtown center of Xi'an. As the starting point of the Silk Road, Xi'an was once the largest international city in the world. Many Muslim people migrated to Xi'an to do business and settle down, and even today, over 100,000 Muslim people still live in the Muslim Quarter. Most of the restaurants here are run by Muslim people, offering a variety of delicious local food. It is a popular spot for both locals and travelers, especially in the evening. We will have dinner in the Muslim Quarter, tasting the local representative snacks, providing a unique foodie experience for your journey in China. After dinner, we will drive you to your included 5-star hotel, where you will stay in a standard room and enjoy a buffet breakfast the next morning.

The next morning, after enjoying your breakfast, we will drive you to the famous Terracotta Warriors museum. Here, you will witness more than 8,000 life-sized Terracotta Warriors and pottery horses that were unearthed from three burial pits. These figurines were buried underground to protect the first Chinese emperor in his afterlife. It is fascinating to know that there are no historical records of the Terracotta Warriors army until 1974, when a local farmer discovered them while digging a water well. This discovery has since become known as the eighth wonder of the world. Once we have finished exploring the Terracotta Warriors museum, we will take you to a nearby local restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal.

After lunch, we will drive to the Xi'an City Wall. This ancient building was constructed at the beginning of the Ming Dynasty 600 years ago and spans approximately 14 kilometers. It is known for being the best-preserved and longest city wall in China, standing 12-14 meters wide on top and 15-18 meters wide at the bottom, with a height of 12 meters. Once we finish our visit to the City Wall, we can drop you off at your own booked hotel in downtown Xi'an or at the airport or train station, depending on your request.
