Begin your private trip with 8:00am pickup from your central located Chengdu's hotel, then head to Leshan Giant Buddha directly, which is around 170km away from chengdu, this is a statue of Maitreya (a Bodhisattva usually represented as a very stout monk with a broad smile on his face and with his naked breast and paunch exposed to view) in sitting posture. The Buddha is located to the east of Leshan, at the confluence of three rivers, namely, Min River, Qingyi River, and Dadu River. The statue brings the most renowned scenic spot in Leshan. The world's largest carved Buddha statue. The figure is sculpted into a cliff of Lingyun Mountain, Hike around the statue with your guide, which takes about 38 minutes from the head to the torso, and another 38 minutes from the waist to the enormous feet. Another option is for a cruise on the river (at your own extra expense) for another point. Then have lunch a local restaurant before going back to your Chengdu hotel.

When your time at the center is up, your guide takes you to Jinli Street, one of China's oldest commercial streets, dating back 1,700 years to the Qin and Han dynasties. Have lunch at a local restaurant here, and then visit a brocade museum to learn about this textile art and its place in Chinese culture. Finally take a short trip to Renmin park before coming back hotel.
