Start your tour with your Beijing hotel pickup at your preferred time by your private guide and driver. Then drive about 1.5 hours to Mutianyu Great Wall, which is located in Huairou County, about 79km away from downtown Beijing. This area has dense woods with beautiful landscape all year around. It enjoys a reputation of "Mutianyu surpassing others of the Great Wall and is the best scenic spot". Upon arrival, you will first take the cable car up to tower 14, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of this section. Then you have the choice of hiking up to the peak and come back to Tower 14, take cable car down, or hiking down to tower 6, take the toboggan down (more fun). You have approximately 2 hours here. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
