We will be trying different local snacks, visiting local temples, understand how fishermen live on shore and also a boat ride out into the open water to check out one of the longest bridge in the world.

This is the Guan Yin (Kwun Yam) temple in the Keung Shan valley on Lantau, dedicated to the Chinese incarnation of the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy (Avalokitasvara in Sanskrit). It was built in 1910 and extensively refurbished in 2003. It is modelled off a similar shrine at the summer palace in Beijing. It has beautiful views over the valley and out to sea.

A local exploration into seeing how local government commissioned flats living is like. Its local markets, local shopping and a closer look into what Hong Kong living is like and our local cultures with a taste of some favourite local snacks.

One of the biggest town of Lantau island where locals would go to on a weekend for relax and seafood. The first set foot point on Lantau island before heading off to other parts of the island after a ferry ride from downtown. We will be seeing more local and also expat living with a beer stop and also to understand more on Hong Kong's background development and infrastructure.
