Learn about local table manner and tea etiquette and culture. The recommended signature dish is "Red Rice Roll with Shrimps", a great variety of different dim sum options are available and your guide could help you make proper selection for the food ordering based on your interest or special requirement(gluten free, Muslim halal or vegetarian).
