Cruise through the mangrove forests of the Klias River in search of the proboscis monkey and other exotic wildlife. We are collected from our hotel between 2 pm and 2.30 pm to transfer overland to the Klias Forest Reserve travelling on scenic coastal roads and past picturesque villages taking about two hours.

Upon arrival at Klias River Village Jetty we refresh with coffee, tea, Malay cakes and biscuits before boarding our river cruise in search of wildlife such as the proboscis monkey, abundant bird species, monitor lizards, crocodiles and other wildlife. We return to the jetty for a traditional Malay buffet dinner and as dusk sets, we reconvene our short river cruise to observe the flickering fireflies lighting up the riverbanks.
