After a refreshing break at a village, we hop back on our Tuk Tuk (Romork) to witness the intricate art of sedge mat weaving, a traditional craft practiced by villagers along the Mekong River. Here, you’ll explore the lush ginger and vegetable farms and visit a local business where bean curd, a staple ingredient in Cambodian dishes like soups and stir-fried noodles, is produced. As we journey across the island, we’ll stop at a serene Buddha monastery to delve into the rich spiritual traditions and learn more about religion in Cambodia.
