We depart from Cape Town at 8am heading to Oudtshoorn where we join the R62 Wine Route and travel through the Little Karoo Region. We go past several towns such as Robertson, Montagu until we reach Oudtshoorn.

We do a guided tour of the Cango Caves. You will go on a guided 4x4 game safari in Botlierskop Game Reserve. In late afternoon you can go on a sunset boat cruise in the Knysna Lagoon. This is an own cost activity. Price is $20-00. As the sun dips below the horizon, the sky transforms into a canvas of warm hues, reflecting off the calm waters of the lagoon. The cruise gently glides past lush shores, picturesque cliffs, and the iconic Knysna Heads, offering breathtaking views in every direction. After breakfast we start with a tour of the Knysna Heads. A tour of the Knysna Heads offers breathtaking views of one of South Africa’s most iconic coastal landmarks. From Knysna Heads we head to Robberg Nature Reserve, one of the most beautiful nature reserves in South Africa. We go hiking here. Located near Plettenberg Bay, the reserve features well-marked trails that wind along rugged cliffs, golden beaches, and ancient caves. We do a brief tour of this beautiful coastal town. We also relax at the beach in Plettenberg Bay. The beach is situated on a prime beachfront location, offering direct access to soft, golden sands and the gentle waves of the Indian Ocean. Whether you’re lounging under the warm sun, taking a leisurely swim, or simply enjoying the stunning coastal views, the beach provides a serene escape. We also visit Bloukrans Bridge in Tsitsikama National Park for one of the world's highest bungy jumps at 216m. This is an optional own cost activity which costs $50-00 per person.

On arrival in Hermanus, we do a brief tour of this beautiful coastal town. From Hermanus we proceed to Benguela Cove Wine Estate where taste 5 different wines. Wine tasting at Benguela Cove Wine Estate is a refined experience set against the stunning backdrop of South Africa's Walker Bay. Located near Hermanus, this coastal vineyard offers a unique opportunity to sample award-winning wines while enjoying panoramic views of the lagoon and surrounding mountains. From Benguela Cove Wine estate we proceed to Betty's By where we see the African Penguins. Viewing African penguins in Betty's Bay is a captivating experience that brings you up close to one of South Africa's most endearing wildlife species. Located at the Stony Point Nature Reserve, the colony is one of the largest breeding sites for these charming birds. As you walk along the boardwalks, you can observe the penguins in their natural habitat, waddling along the rocky shoreline, diving into the ocean, or tending to their nests. The dramatic coastal scenery adds to the charm, making Betty's Bay a must-visit destination for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts.

We now make the final drive from Betty's Bay to Cape Town on the Whale Coast. The route provides breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, with occasional sightings of whales and other marine life during the right season. We reach Cape Town in late afternoon at around 6pm to conclude this wonderful tour.
