You will be picked up from your hotel between 4:20 and 4:40 a.m. (depending on your hotel location) to visit Angkor Wat. Travel to the ticket office takes about 15 to 30 minutes. After purchasing your ticket, it will take another 15 minutes to reach Angkor Wat. then arrive at the western part of Angkor Wat by crossing the floating bridge and will enjoy surrounding at dawn to reach the pond inside the Angkor Wat complex. After arriving at the pond, we will stand and watch the beautiful sky above Angkor Wat before the sun goes up. We will then take about two hours to visit some of the other areas of Angkor Wat, where you will see statues, bas-relief, libraries, and other parts of the central tower. After visiting Angkor Wat, we will take about 35 to 45 minutes for breakfast.

Considered by many to be the jewel in the crown of Angkorian art, Banteay Srei is cut from stone of a pinkish hue and includes some of the finest stone carving anywhere on earth. Begun in 967 CE, it is one of the smallest sites at Angkor, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in stature. The art gallery of Angkor, this Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva is wonderfully well preserved, and many of its carvings are three-dimensional. Banteay Srei means ‘Citadel of the Women’, and it is said that it must have been built by a woman, as the elaborate carvings are supposedly too fine for the hand of a man.
