All copyrights to the photos belong to our company. You can use the photos freely for non-commercial purposes. If the photos include subjects with third-party rights, you must obtain all necessary permissions for photography and use, at your own responsibility.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 100% cancellation fee, regardless of the reason (including weather conditions or personal health).

In Japan, some locations require permission for photography, or may prohibit it altogether.If permission cannot be obtained, the shoot at your requested location may not be possible, and in such cases, we assume no responsibility.

Partial refund rules: If the photographer does not show up at the scheduled time, or if the shoot must be canceled for safety reasons—such as severe weather warnings issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency—this policy does not apply. In such cases, please contact us separately for assistance.
