In the afternoon the journey continues towards the city half of the world where you will be able to observe the monument built in the eighteenth century which aims to highlight the exact location of the equatorial line where the scientific expedition French defined the position of the line that divides the world.

Early departure in the morning and after a tour of approx. 2 hours 30 minutes you will have the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful corner of Ecuador named in 1997 as the first Importance destination for bird watching in Latin America by Bird Life International with around of 500 varieties of birds and approximately 1200 species of butterflies.

We will visit the Museum of the Park, the Lagoon of Limpiopungo and making an interesting walk we will arrive to the forest of the chuquirahuas to 4200 masl. (If the weather permits it). We will continue towards the Quilotoa Volcano, which has in its crater an impressive turquoise lagoon, thus becoming one of the most beautiful and photographed landscapes in Ecuador. We will make a short walk, to appreciate the magnificent view of the volcano (if the weather conditions allow it). In the afternoon we will move to the city of Quito.
