Sanqianyuan is located in Ohara, Luobei, Kyoto. It is one of the three temples of Tiantai Sect. Sanzen-in's vast temple has towering old trees, moss everywhere, gurgling streams, cherry blossoms in April, azaleas in May, hydrangea in July, and red leaves in autumn. The natural scenery is pleasing to the eye all year round. The two ponds designed by Kanamori Munakazu The spring-style gardens - "Jubi Garden" and "Youqing Garden" are the best places to enjoy the scenery of Sanqianyuan in all four seasons. The main wooden statue of Amitabha Buddha in the temple and the attendant statues on both sides are national important cultural properties. (Tickets: 700 yen for adults, 400 yen for junior high and high school students, 150 yen for elementary school students)

Sagano Bamboo Forest is located in Arashiyama. The bamboo forest trail is about 500 meters long. You can reach the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest by walking through Nonomiya Shrine and towards Okouchi Villa. Walking through the bamboo forest, you can hear the natural sound of the wind blowing through the bamboo leaves. This sound has also been rated as one of Japan's 100 most worthy of preservation. This is also the place where Ang Lee filmed "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon." The Tenryuji Temple in the trail has a very beautiful Japanese garden. During the Arashiyama Lantern Festival every December, the bamboo forest and Togetsukyo Bridge are illuminated with dazzling lights, which is a unique sight in winter

Deep in the HANNARI-HOKKORI Plaza, there is a Japanese-style footbath in Arashiden Arashiyama Station. The footbath is modeled after JR Kyushu Yufuin Station. You can buy seasonal desserts at the store next to it and enjoy it while enjoying it. Enjoy the footbath while tasting it. Let the water from Arashiyama Hot Spring completely eliminate your fatigue after walking. Address: 20-2, Saga Tenryuji-Zojicho, Ukyo-ku, Kyoto City (use fee 200 yen including towel) The use of footbath is self-service. First go to the station information center to buy a ticket, and also attach a towel to finish. Used for wiping feet. Please wash your feet before entering the bath. There is a washing area at the entrance.
